Floosy Terms of Service

By using the Floosy mobile app (“App”), you agree to these Terms.

Service

Floosy provides personal finance tools including expense tracking, insights, wealth summaries, and AI-assisted guidance. The App is for informational purposes only and is not financial, tax, or investment advice.

Account

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time in Settings.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract where you live. The App is not intended for children (see Privacy Policy).

Subscriptions and ads

• The free tier may display network ads served by Google AdMob in designated slots.
• Floosy may also show partner campaigns — curated offers labeled Sponsored and served directly by Floosy. Partner campaigns are separate from AdMob and may appear for both free users and subscribers.
• Floosy Plus is our optional paid subscription (sold via Google Play or the Apple App Store). One subscription includes:
• Higher AI usage limits (chat, voice, advisor refreshes, and related features)
• Removal of network (AdMob) ads
• Free users receive a limited monthly allowance for certain AI features. Cached AI insights you already have may remain viewable without consuming additional credits; generating new AI content counts against your allowance.
• Floosy Plus does not guarantee removal of all partner campaigns. Billing, renewal, and refunds follow store policies. Subscription management and restoration are available in Settings.
• Legacy ad-free-only subscribers may upgrade to Floosy Plus in Settings for full AI access.

Partner and sponsored content

• Partner offers link to third-party sites or apps. Floosy does not endorse partner products and is not responsible for their terms, pricing, or availability.
• Sponsored labels identify partner inventory. Tapping a partner call-to-action may open an external website governed by that partner’s policies.
• We may measure impressions and clicks on partner campaigns for reporting and billing purposes, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes.

AI features

AI-generated responses may be inaccurate. Verify important financial decisions independently.

Free and Plus tiers have different monthly AI usage limits enforced on our servers. Limits reset on a monthly (or daily, for some voice features) schedule shown in the App. We may adjust limits or features with reasonable notice where required by law or store policies.

Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if needed for security or legal reasons. You can stop using the App at any time and delete your account from Settings.

Intellectual property

The App, its content, and branding are owned by Floosy or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence, and additional store terms (Google Play / Apple App Store) may apply.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
